These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BookBot AI ("Service"), operated by Atlas Collective LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
BookBot AI provides AI-powered automation tools for fintech workflows. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; reverse engineer or copy any part of our technology; use the Service to harass or harm others; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and recommendations. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice; (b) you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it; (c) we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds for partial subscription periods.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atlas Collective LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookBot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookBot AI, Atlas Collective LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
